Accounts Payable Administrator – Dutch Speaking
Currently we have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our busy European Finance function based at our European Support Functions Office in Erdington, Birmingham.
About the roleThe Accounts Payable Administrator is part of a team responsible for ensuring that the company’s financial status including payment record, relationships with suppliers and internal customers remains high.
Core areas of responsibility include:
  • Processing invoices
  • Raising payments
  • Month end close
  • Dealing with supplier queries, reconciliations and travel expense claims
  • Ad hoc administration tasks as and when required.

About YouTo apply for this role you will:
  • Possess either a financial related qualification and/or administrative experience gained from working in a similar role
  • You must be a fluent Dutch speaker with a good knowledge of English,
  • Fluency in German or another European language will be advantageous
  • Alongside this you’ll possess high levels of numeracy and literacy and be PC literate in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Finally you’ll be highly organised, detail conscious and enjoy working as part of a team in a Finance environment
