Purchasing - Supply Coordinator Opportunity

About the Role

Responsible for NA Stores to receive supplies and monitor inventory levels.

  • Respond to store requests for supplies, contact District Manager and Stores to resolve issues in order to process the request.
  • Review supply requirements report and work with Director to place orders. Expedite vendor orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Order company office supplies, handle returns/credits.
  • Order company nameplates, store stamps, lighting, mailroom supplies and facility items.
  • Key Maintenance for New Stores, Multi stores, Backorders and Full case shipments.
  • Follow up with distribution center on any outstanding store orders/backorders.
  • Maintain AS400 for District Manager address changes.
  • Match purchase orders with receivers and route invoices for payment.
  • Maintain sample library of printed items.
  • Back up support to Small Fixture Coordinator.
About You

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years office experience
  • Experience with Purchasing
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong communication and written skills
  • Physical demand: walking, continuous standing, must be able to lift 20lbs
